OUR COVID-19 GUIDELINES  


PRE-APPOINTMENT

• A Client Health Questionnaire will be emailed to each client in the booking at least 24hrs prior to the appointment. This questionnaire must be signed and submitted prior to beginning the appointment


• If a client indicates themselves or members of their household to be under isolation and/or to have symptoms related to COVID-19, the client may be contacted to rebook. This includes, but is not limited to, the client and/or household members being symptom free for a minimum of 24 hours and no longer in self isolation


• Any deposits made for bookings that are cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 reasons are transferrable to future service


PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

• Artists will be required to wear PPE for the duration of the appointment

• Clients must wear a face mask for hairstyling-only appointments


GENERAL HYGIENE

• Prior to entering the appointment premises, artists will ensure all equipment including brushes, applicators, product packaging, portable furniture and light fixtures will be disinfected


• Prior to beginning the appointment, artists will conduct a standard 20-sec hand wash/cleaning, either with soap and water OR hand sanitizer


• Whenever possible, artists will disinfect products directly (ex. powdered products) or use disposable single-use applicators


• Whenever possible, artists stations be kept a minimum of 6ft from others in the vicinity


• We respectfully request to keep talking to a minimum to reduce chances of bodily fluid transmission between the client(s) and artists
